This package is of exceptional quality and was sent out and received in no time. The bench I ordered wasn’t in stock, so they swapped it for a superior model at no extra cost. Plus, it’s awesome that you can split the payment into three with Klarna. I’d definitely suggest this company to others.

I placed my order, and just 10 minutes later, a nice guy from the company called me up. He let me know they’d be shutting down for a few days because of Saint Patrick’s Day, but assured me they’d ship my order once they were back if I still wanted it. Honestly, that kind of communication is what really matters. The item showed up right on time and in perfect shape. Equipped my entire gym from beginning to end. The level of detail was top-notch. They also helped me sell my old gear super quickly. Whenever I have a problem, they get back to me way quicker than any other company I've dealt with. Their prices are really competitive, and I can't recommend them enough!

I ran into some trouble with my treadmill, so I called up gymspec to check it out and figure out what was wrong. They sent someone over, and he mentioned it was the rear roller bearings. I agreed to get those fixed, and two weeks later, the part was sent back and installed by their technician.

However, the issue persisted even after the replacement. They then suggested it might be another problem and said they’d need to order additional parts.

It’s been over six weeks now, and I haven’t heard a peep from them while my treadmill remains out of commission.

I wouldn’t recommend them again and would steer clear if I were you, especially since I’ve already shelled out nearly £200 and my treadmill is in worse shape than before they got involved.

I paid £80 upfront and got just two visits that added up to 15 minutes. They informed me that my treadmill required a new circuit board, but apparently, Reebok had none available. After that, I didn’t hear a peep from anyone. No updates, nada. I knew there was a chance I might lose my cash and that my treadmill might not get repaired, but come on, not even a courtesy call to let me know what was up?

Gym spec is an awesome company to deal with. They’re dependable, trustworthy, and totally get what you want and need. You can definitely say they really go the extra mile to keep us customers happy. Keep up the great work, folks!
